At Velkitchen, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably.

  1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through our trusted delivery partners.

Note: Please ensure your pin code is serviceable before placing the order.

  1. Shipping Timeframes
  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
  • Remote or rural areas: May take additional time

You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
  • A flat ₹49 shipping fee is applicable for orders below ₹499
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional ₹30–₹50 service charge
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS/email.
You can also track your order anytime under “My Orders” on Velkitchen.in.

  1. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Lockdowns or local restrictions
  • Courier service issues

We will keep you informed in case of any delay or exception.

  1. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, our delivery partner will retry.
After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within India.
