At Velkitchen, we offer a 7-day return window exclusively for products with manufacturing defects. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty due to manufacturing issues, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Upon verification, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.

Please note that returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects are not accepted under this policy.
